A Mallorcan finca by the sea

A finca in Mallorca is the stuff that dreams are made of. You can choose between a holiday home on the beach, a villa with sea view or a finca on the cliffs.

In all parts of the island, holiday rentals are available directly by the sea. Why not start breakfast on the terrace while you enjoy the views of the sparkling Mediterranean? Many of the most desirable properties are to be found on the slopes of the mountains on the north and west coasts. Andratx, Port de Pollença in the north of Mallorca and Cala de Sant Vicenç, have a number of fincas located on rocky cliffs giving you an unrestricted view of the sea.

However, there are also holiday rental properties on the flatter rocky cliffs in the southeast of the island all of which have sea views. Some of the accommodation may have its own access to the beach. On the North east coast Mallorca you will find comfortably furnished villas on the seafront as in the lively resorts of Cala Millor on the northeast coast of Mallorca and Cala Ratjada on the northeast coast of Mallorca.

Most holidaymakers appreciate the seaside atmosphere while self-catering in Mallorca. A gentle breeze brings in salty sea air and occasionally seagulls can be carried upwards by thermal upwinds. Relax on the private swimming pool terrace, while watching white sailing boats pass by in the distance. Finca by the sea in Mallorca are mostly on a self-contained plot of land guaranteeing a degree of privacy.

A pool on the terrace is the norm in most of these types of properties. It's entirely up to you whether you want to spend the day on a lounger in the garden or relax on the sandy beach. You can book a finca near the sea in the tourist hotspots of Alcúdia in the north of Mallorca, Playa de Muro in the north of Mallorca and Portocolom.
