(d) Engaging in activities that violate intellectual and industrial property regulations, or any other applicable law; or engaging in activities that involve the provision of cracked software and links to it; providing information to bypass factory-installed software aimed at preventing copies, or providing cracked music or links to files containing cracked music;

Upon registration with FIND YOUR HOME S.L., you will choose a password that will later be confirmed to you by email. Please keep your registered user personal codes and passwords in a safe place since they are private and confidential, and you will be liable for the use of such codes and passwords by third parties to whom you have made them available.
9. Offline Conduct
Although FIND YOUR HOME S.L. cannot monitor the conduct of its users off the Site, it is a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from this Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent.

You understand and agree that in FIND YOUR HOME S.L.'s sole discretion, and without prior notice, FIND YOUR HOME S.L. may terminate your access to the Site, cancel your ticket order or exercise any other remedy available, if FIND YOUR HOME S.L. believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or violated the rights of FIND YOUR HOME S.L. or any third party, or for any reason with or without any other cause. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to FIND YOUR HOME S.L. for violations of these Terms of Use, and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations.
14. Limitation of Liability
FIND YOUR HOME S.L. is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of your use or inability to use the Site, even if FIND YOUR HOME S.L. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
15. Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use and/or any use by you of the Site shall be governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions therein. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use and/or any use by you of the Site will be resolved in the competent courts of Mallorca, Spain.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold FIND YOUR HOME S.L., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site in violation of these Terms of Use and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use.
