Ticket Sales and Pricing
Our ticketing service has an associated cost. We ensure that ticket prices are clearly displayed on our platform. While we aim to provide a medium for ticket sales, we don't act as the event promoter or organizer.

1.1 Ticketing Partnerships
We sell tickets and related products or services on behalf of event organizers, artists, venues, and producers. When mentioning "Promoter", we're referring to the entities that supply tickets for us to sell.
1.2 Ticket Availability
The volume of tickets assigned to us varies per event. They're often distributed through various channels, and due to the integrated inventory system, tickets for sought-after events may sell out quickly. We don't control inventory replenishment, but sometimes additional tickets might become available.
1.3 Bundled Offers
At times, tickets might be sold as packages or through targeted promotions. These might include exclusive seating, meals, merchandise, or other amenities.
1.4 Purchasing Criteria
To acquire items from us, you must be 18 or older and own a valid credit/debit card. Minors require parental consent to use the ordered service.

5. Ticket Collection
After purchase confirmation, your tickets will be sent via email including a QRCode valid for the number of purchased tickets. A PDF download link with the same QRCode will be provided in that email.
6. Pricing Details
There could be non-refundable administration and delivery fees for each ticket and order, respectively. The displayed price at purchase time is what you'll pay, even if similar tickets change in price later.
7. Prices and Expenses
7.1
Any purchases made through us may incur administration costs for individual items and non-refundable delivery expenses for each order. These costs will be outlined before initiating the purchase process.
7.2
The price may vary, as it is determined by demand at the time of purchase. The price you pay will be the one listed on our site at the time of your transaction. Should the price of similar tickets decrease after your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund of the price difference.
7.3
A refund will not be issued simply because you paid more than the face value. Market-based pricing enables us to provide fans with access to top-tier tickets and allows Promoters to price tickets closer to their true worth. Additional tickets may become available prior to the event, but tickets.mallorca.com does not control inventory or availability.
8. Cancellations
8.1
If you purchase a ticket, or package, you cannot cancel your purchase if not explicitly stated otherwise.
8.2
If explicitly stated that your ticket can be canceled, you need to login with the same email address that you have used to purchase. When logged in, you will see all your purchases. If your purchase is eligible for a cancellation, follow the instructions stated.
9. Tickets
9.1
Any ticket bought from us remains the property of the Promoter and is a revocable license that may be withdrawn or admission refused at any time. If this occurs, you will be refunded the sales price of the ticket, including administration costs but excluding order processing fees.
9.2
Promoters' policies may prevent us from replacing lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Replacement tickets, if issued, may incur reasonable administration costs.
9.3
Once received, keep your tickets safe. We are not liable for lost or stolen tickets.
9.4
It is your responsibility to check your tickets. Errors may not always be corrected, though you will be informed about available technical methods to identify and correct data entry errors before completing the transaction.
9.5
Your ticket entitles you to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket.
10. Prohibitions
10.1
The number of tickets you can purchase through us is limited for each show. This limit is stated on the initial purchase page and is verified with each transaction to prevent malpractice in ticket purchasing. Tickets may be restricted per person, per email, per credit card, and for some shows, per household. We reserve the right to cancel tickets exceeding this number without prior notice.
10.2
Tickets may have specific access and use restrictions, such as obstructed views or age limits. These restrictions will be specified on our website, and it's your responsibility to read all notifications.
10.3
You cannot resell or transfer your tickets if prohibited by law.
10.4
You cannot combine a ticket with other services, travel, accommodation, or promotional items to create a package without written permission from us and the Promoter.
10.5
Tickets cannot be used for advertising, promotion, competition, or drawing without express written permission from the Promoter. Additionally, using our trademarks and intellectual property requires our prior consent.
11. The Show
11.1
In case of a show's cancellation or date change, we will use reasonable means to notify you upon receiving authorization from the Promoter. FIND YOUR HOME S.L. will:
a) Publish the change on its website as soon as it is aware.
b) Send a message to your email or SMS to the mobile number provided at purchase.
c) Inform you about the refund procedure.
11.2
Please be aware that published starting times for shows are subject to change.
11.3
Tickets are sold despite the Promoter's right to alter the program due to circumstances beyond their control. They are not obligated to refund or exchange tickets unless such a change is a major alteration as per section 12.4.
11.4
The Promoter is responsible for the venue's visibility, sound quality, comfort, accessibility, and other related aspects.
12. Refund Policy
12.1 General Refund Conditions:
At certain times, due to unforeseen circumstances, an event's date might be rescheduled, or major modifications might be made by the event's organizers, the artist, or FIND YOUR HOME S.L. For specific details regarding these changes, kindly reach out to us. After a ticket purchase, the amount is non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless specified by prevailing laws. Reasons like a mistake in ticket purchase or inability to attend the event will not qualify for a refund. Furthermore, users cannot claim a refund under general consumer affairs and retail trading regulations.
12.2 Event Cancellation:
Should an event be canceled entirely, a refund of your ticket's purchase price, inclusive of all administrative fees, will be provided. In situations where a multi-day event is partially canceled, a proportionate refund will apply for the affected day(s). FIND YOUR HOME S.L., as the ticket distributor, will initiate refunds only upon direct instructions from the event's promoter regarding cancellations or date alterations.
12.3 Rescheduling of Events:
If an event's date gets rescheduled, we'll attempt to provide equivalent seating for the revised date. Should you be unavailable on the new date, a full refund, inclusive of administrative costs, will be granted. It is crucial to notify us within the stipulated period if you can't attend; otherwise, we'll assume your consent for the revised date, negating any refund claims.
12.4 Significant Event Modifications:
If there's a significant change in an event's nature, you can either confirm your booking for the modified event or request a refund, which includes your ticket's price and relevant booking charges. Should we not receive your decision within 72 hours of being informed, we will assume your preference for a refund. Changes such as replacement performers, adjustments in supporting acts, band member replacements, or modifications in multi-artist events like festivals, won't be considered as substantial modifications.
12.5 Refund Procedure:
To claim a refund, send an email to tickets@mallorca.com and include your unused tickets booking reference number. For record-keeping, your email with booking reference of your unused tickets must reach us within 28 days of the event's cancellation. Refunds post cancellation should be claimed within fifteen days from its public announcement. Post this timeframe, no refunds will be processed. For online purchases: Refunds will be processed to the original payment card within approximately 3 to 15 working days.
12.6 Consumer Rights:
These terms don't infringe upon your statutory rights as a consumer. For more information regarding your rights, please consult the Spanish Consumer Affairs, Food Safety and Nutrition Agency (AECOSAN).
12.7 Ticket Exchange:
Outside the scenarios mentioned in sections 12.2, 12.3, and 12.4, all sold tickets are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
13. Entry and Behavior at the Venue
13.1 Entry Restrictions:
The venue retains the right to deny entry if attendees violate any conditions of the event, the promoter's terms, or for public safety reasons. Any infringement may result in eviction without a refund. It's recommended to acquaint oneself with the venue's and event's specific rules.
13.2 Late Arrivals:
Efforts will be made to accommodate latecomers during breaks, but entry isn't guaranteed.
13.3 Re-entry:
Once inside, no re-entry will be permitted.
13.4 Prohibited Items:
Unauthorized use of recording devices and cameras is strictly forbidden. Laser pens, mobile phones, pets (excluding service animals), and personal food & beverages may also be restricted, depending on the venue.
13.5 Image and Sound Consent:
By attending, you consent to being potentially recorded or photographed as part of the audience.
13.6 Sound Levels:
Extended exposure to high decibel levels can affect hearing.
13.7 Special Effects:
Events may incorporate various special effects, such as lights, pyrotechnics, lasers and more.
